We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images of all plants and products. However, as plants are living things, slight variations in color, size, and shape may occur.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept secure online payments through our supported payment methods. Prices are listed in [PKR/USD/etc.] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide within Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location and may be affected by holidays or weather. Shipping details will be provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
If your plant arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund based on our return policy. Live plants cannot be returned after 48 hours of delivery.
6. Care Responsibility
Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to care for the plant according to the instructions provided. We are not responsible for plant health after successful delivery unless the issue was present upon arrival.
7. Intellectual Property
